Over the last ~24 months, Shopify Plus has seen huge growth – both in terms of merchants moving across to the newly more enterprise-orientated platform and in their reputation as a mid-level / enterprise-level contender. Shopify Plus offers a host of benefits against other systems, including being provided as a hosted SaaS solution (as opposed to self-hosted via an on-premise solution), lower cost-of-ownership, more agility, dedicated eCommerce account management (to reduce reliance on agencies) and all of the core features of their market-leading SME platform.
I’ve also been working with Shopify Plus a lot more over the last 12-18 months and have been really impressed with the impact it’s had for relatively straightforward B2C retailers. I’ve worked on some pretty large projects and even these retailers are far more comfortable trading and growing on the platform than with previous, more complex systems that required extensive maintenance and support etc. If you have any questions about Shopify Plus as a potential option, please feel free to email me on [email protected].
Shopify Plus is undoubtedly a very strong platform with a very competitive pricing model and they’re making big strides in the mid-level and, in some cases, the enterprise-level eCommerce space. Whilst doing research on Shopify Plus a while back, I struggled to find a list of large online retailers using the platform, so I thought I’d create one as a resource for merchants looking for examples of live Shopify Plus stores. Since I originally wrote this piece in 2016, I’ve updated it a number of times with new stores and details of how those stores are innovating on the platform.
Some of our favourite Shopify Plus stores at the moment include:

Victoria Beckham
A brand that needs no introduction, Victoria Beckham’s online store represents just one of a number of big luxury names that have moved over to Shopify Plus recently. Although the store remains very on-brand and minimalist, it’s a really good win for the platform.
Bulletproof
I was lucky enough to work on Bulletproof’s migration to Shopify Plus and they are a very impressive retailer with a very UX-orientated store – having launched online in 2017, with a range of vastly popular products.
Pure Cycles
Pure Cycles was one of the very first Shopify Plus merchants to trial Shopify AR, which has got them a lot of exposure in the Shopify eco-system. I first came across Pure Cycles around five years ago when looking for examples of advanced Shopify stores and their site was great then and has continued to improve a lot over time.

Hi – Is there anyway to see what themes these companies used to build their sites in Shopify Plus?
