I provide customer acquisition strategy and consultancy services aimed at reviewing your current activity and generating a better return across all channels.
As part of this consultancy service, I would generally do an initial discovery meeting with your team to understand your objectives and how each channel is currently performing (in terms of ROI, volume, lifetime value of customers and your cost per acquisition).
As part of this I’d generally look at all paid advertising channels / campaigns, organic search, email marketing, affiliate marketing, aggregator and marketplace websites and sometimes social.
