I’ve been working in eCommerce and digital marketing (mostly with Magento merchants) for over 9 years, in a combination of in-house, agency and consulting roles. I’m currently working as an independent consultant, providing various different services aimed at helping online retailers generate more revenue.

I provide customer acquisition strategy and consulting services aimed at reviewing your current activity and generating a better return across all channels.

As part of this consulting service, I would generally do an initial discovery meeting with your team to understand your objectives and how each channel is currently performing (in terms of ROI, volume, lifetime value of customers and your cost per acquisition).

As part of this I’d generally look at all paid advertising channels / campaigns, organic search, email marketing, affiliate marketing, aggregator and marketplace websites and sometimes social.
