We’ve provided project management support for a wide range of eCommerce projects, ranging from Magento migrations and upgrades to end-to-end replatforming projects. Our offering is generally more focused on hands-on solutions support, but we’ve also managed projects on behalf of retailers – covering the relationship with the systems integrator / integration partner, managing a team of freelancers / consultants, managing other third parties and overlooking the delivery of the project.
We’ve worked with a wide range of eCommerce platforms (such as Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento Comemrce, BigCommerce, Shopware etc) and we’re happy to work with others. We’ve also worked with lots of integration partners in the UK and the US over the last few years and are more than comfortable managing these relationships directly.
